Return Policy

If you receive and item that does not meet your expectations please contact us to request a return authorization.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or size please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate and exchange. We offer an extended return window for holiday orders.

For orders placed between November 1 and December 25 please initiate your exchange by January 15.

For orders placed between January 15 and February 14 please initiate your exchange by February 28

For orders placed between April 15 and May 15 please initiate your exchange by May 30.

For orders placed between May 15 and June 15 please initiate your exchange by June 30.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
